Drive A Test is free to use. No account, subscription, or payment is required to view or use any route on this site.

Routes are indicative, not guaranteed

The DVSA does not publish official driving test routes. Routes on this site are reconstructed from third-party sources and validated against real road data as closely as we can, but they are not official DVSA routes and are not guaranteed to match your actual test. Your examiner chooses the route on the day.

Drive safely

You are responsible for driving safely and legally at all times, including obeying speed limits, road signs, and traffic laws, regardless of what any navigation app suggests. Do not interact with your phone or any device while driving — set up navigation before you start.

We provide this site "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, fine, or accident arising from use of routes or information on this site.

Third-party services

Route links open Google Maps or Apple Maps, which have their own terms of use. We are not responsible for those services.

Drive A Test is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) or any UK government body.
